There is an entire market for international market studies. They are well-made documents, with correct charts and reasonable conclusions, that invariably end on the same sentence: implementation is up to the company.
The problem is that implementation is where everything happens. Pricing in Incoterms, answering an RFQ in technical English, negotiating terms with a Chinese supplier, structuring cargo finance, qualifying a Gulf distributor, holding commercial cadence across four time zones. None of that is knowledge: it is routine, and routine requires someone inside the operation.
An execution house is measured differently from a consultancy. Not by deliverables, but by shipments completed, terms obtained, active channels, and recurring international revenue. The work ends only when the company can repeat it without the house.
That is why Import, Export, and Scale exist as separate practices at BZG. Each matches a real stage of a company's international life, and each delivers operation, not recommendation.
