The model
Your cash has other priorities.
Your next import can come with more time to pay.
Paying a supplier before receiving and selling the goods puts pressure on your company's working capital.
BZG structures the transaction through our China operation, which negotiates with the manufacturer, pays for the purchase and extends payment terms to the importer. You review a proposal with a defined price and due date before deciding.
Up to 120 days to pay
Gain more time to pay for your goods and greater flexibility to manage cash flow.
Negotiation with your current manufacturer
The assessment starts with the purchase you already make. Our China operation negotiates directly with your manufacturer to determine which terms it can offer.
Price and payment terms assessed together
We compare the proposal with your current purchase to determine whether there is a concrete commercial advantage for your company.
How it works
It all starts with a real purchase.
We first assess the commercial opportunity. If the structure is viable, we move to credit review.

Send a recent invoice.
Share your company details, annual import volume from China, and an invoice showing the manufacturer, products, quantities and purchase terms.
We assess price and payment terms at origin.
Our China operation determines whether it can negotiate terms that make the proposal commercially attractive for your company.
We move to credit review.
If the commercial structure is viable, we request the last three financial statements and the documents needed to assess the available credit limit and payment term.
You approve the proposal and place the order.
Once the terms are approved, your company buys from BZG's China operation. Our operation places the order with the manufacturer, which produces and ships to the importer. Payment is made to BZG's operation on the agreed due date.
Does your company already import from China?
The assessment is based on your purchase history and an actual transaction. It is especially relevant for companies that import regularly and want longer payment terms or less pressure on working capital.
- Recurring purchases from China
- Purchase history and terms available
- Interest in extending payment terms
